Sacred Harmonies: Brahms German requiem and European Choral Gems 21st February 26

The main work in this concert is the well-loved German Requiem by Brahms in an intimate version, sanctioned by the composer, for piano duet accompaniment. Our pianists are David Dunnett and William Falconer. We will be joined again by Baritone soloist Isaac Cooper and the soprano solo will be performed by our own Becky Newman.
We will also perform a selection of European Sacred Music including:

• Edvard Grieg - Ave Maris Stella
• Anton Bruckner - Ave Maria, Os Justi
• Josef Rheinberger - Abendlied
• Johannes Brahms - Geistliches Lied
